Wow! This is an amazing little audio drama, released a few years ago but wow! The extras are amazing, the story is simple but amazing, things progress in a buildup as Daleks start appearing. Of course they play true to form, ultimately, but the humans prevail in their own way. The only complaints I have are that I got confused between Slater and Sline (from getting lost in the story) and it’s a bit period in the men’s attitudes toward the women. But that’s not distracting at all and just fits in with the original concept of this as a stage play that Nicholas Briggs adapted for audio. A 1960s stage play at that! This is definitely well worth a listen. I loved it!
