Big Finish Christmas Special, December 2010
Though I’m not sure who the writer and director of this story are, it’s an interesting take on getting the four Doctors together. They each have their own short story arc where they take on a part of the plot and only the 8th Doctor and 5th Doctor interact directly, per se. The least impressive or interesting story was for the 6th Doctor as it was in the planet’s past, when the Daleks first invaded. I was more intrigued by the 7th Doctor’s story but by far the most action-packed was the 8th Doctor’s story, and indirectly the 5th Doctor’s story. They’re on a ship being attacked by Daleks in space – how much better can you get!? Everything ties together nicely but it’s just not as interesting as I would’ve hoped. Nor do the Doctors interact as much as I would’ve hoped. Oh well. Next time perhaps?
