Big Finish Audio drama, August 2008
Sarcasmo. hehehe. Lucie’s got quite the way with words! This is one where Lucie’s sharp tongue comes in handy and everything is more like I expected, with the Doctor and Lucie trading witty barbs. This is an excellent way to end the season for this series! Admittedly, there are a few issues with the story but they are minor. For example, what’s this mechanical implant in Rosco? And why doesn’t it impact him like all the rest? 10 YEARS? goodness. well, guess that’s a blink of time for Time Lords, as it were.
Did the sisters do it? Or did the bloodthirsty one win out? Goodness. I imagine everything will be fine and eventually, we’ll figure out just what’s going on. Especially with the headhunter being around again. Quite the epilogue there! I really enjoyed the story as it zinged along quite nicely and everything heads crash-bang to a serious finale. That Morbius fella must have some superpowers to subjugate words and solar systems at a whim. wowee! They don’t really get into that much, though. It’s not quite as good as the lead-in story but still very good. Now I can’t wait to hear next season! Great cliffhanger. HA!
