This short trip takes place strictly in the Master’s presence and with his powers in full effect. He is convincing us to listen and re-listen and I almost want to re-listen… Very lulling despite the story he tells. Of the Doctor coming to stop him at the end of his machinations on a planet, where over 100+ years, he undermines the science, food production, population, and government. Just because he can and he was bored. It’s a trip into his mind and it’s very well written. He is quite the malevolent force in the universe… Very spookily done!
